ARCHITECTURE
Tranin Design Associates, Inc. specializes in healthcare, senior living, and corporate projects. We typically work independently on small to medium size projects and team up with other firms on large projects. We offer full services from design, documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
We take a fully integrated approach to interior space. We understand there is more to design than picking colors and finishes at the end of a project. We join the project team in the beginning to make sure we are focussed on the same goals. By approaching a project this way we can insure that the design statement will be consistent from the exterior of the building to the interior elements, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
ART CONSULT ING
We design spaces with art in mind as either a focal point or a backdrop. We have relationships with both local and national art dealers. We review available art options with clients or help to design and commission new pieces for specific locations. We also help to select, frame, and locate poster art in spaces where budget dictates a lower cost solution. We have relationships with professional installers who security mount in public spaces.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
Tranin Design Associates, Inc provides Construction Inspection Services as the Inspecting Architect for lenders who have made construction loans on commercial projects. Typically after an Application for Payment has been received from the contractor, TDA inspects the project and determines if the full amount of the request for payment should be made. TDA reviews the quality of the work and identifies any issues that may impact the project schedule. We document our findings and include progress photographs in a report.
